Under His Wings…

He shall cover you with His feathers, And under His wings you shall take refuge…     Psalm 91:4 Oh…how this verse has such profound meaning to me now. Bittersweet….  A verse that always puts a smile on my face, a tear in my eye, and a whispered prayer for a dear sister in Christ. “From the end of the earth I will cry to You, when my heart is overwhelmed; Lead me to the rock that is HIGHER than I. For you have been a shelter for me, a strong tower from the enemy. I will abide in your tabernacle forever; I will trust in the shelter of Your WINGS.” Psalm 61:2-4 “Be merciful to me, O God, be merciful to me! For my soul trusts in You; and in the shadow of Your wings I will make my refuge, until these calamities have passed by.” Psalm 57:1 “The eyes of the Lord are on the righteous and his ears are attentive to their cry.”      Psalm 34:15 Under His wings find a shelter to run to, find protection and shelter from the pain. Cry out to the ROCK that is higher than you. Let Him fill your cup until it runs over with HIS Almighty strength and comfort. We can all draw strength from Him, our strong tower.
