We all go through trials in this life. Sometimes, we have no words to express the emotions that are within us about the storms that are trying to tear us apart… Exhaustion, confusion, and even “Why me?”, may start to consume you from these situations. The trials may come one right after another and get you so upset, that you can not even speak a single word to your Heavenly Father.

“The Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groans that words cannot express. And He who searches our hearts knows the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for the saints in accordance with God’s will.” Romans 8:26-27

We do not have to utter a word. He knows every hurt you have. When this life gets too hard to stand, kneel before the one who collects EVERY tear you have ever shed. Lift up your hands to Him in your time of need. He will hear your heart.

“You hear, O Lord, the desire of the afflicted; you encourage them, and you listen to their cry.” Psalm 10:17

“The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them; he delivers them from all their troubles. The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” Psalm 34:17-18
